L'hôtel Imperiale occupe un bâtiment du XIXe siècle sur la Via Veneto de Rome, à proximité de la station de métro Barberini, sur la ligne A. Les chambres sont luxueuses et décorées avec des étoffes raffinées. L'intérieur du bâtiment est quant à lui revêtu de marbre.

Les chambres de l'établissement sont pourvues d'une douche ou d'une baignoire d'hydromassage, d'un minibar, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une connexion Internet. Toutes les chambres sont de taille et de conception différentes, certaines disposant de fauteuils et d'un petit hall d'entrée.

Un petit-déjeuner buffet est servi chaque matin. Le restaurant Gazebo se trouve sur la Via Veneto, cette célèbre rue que viennent admirer les touristes ainsi que les habitants, qui en profitent pour y faire du shopping.

La place d'Espagne et le parc de la Villa Borghese vous attendent à 10 minutes de marche de l'Imperiale Hotel. La gare de Rome-Termini n'est qu'à 2 stations de métro.
